Is Fomo a custodial exchange or a non-custodial wallet?▾
Fomo is strictly non-custodial. It uses Privy's 2-of-3 MPC architecture. Fomo Labs never has access to your full private key, and cannot freeze or seize your funds.
Can I export my private key into Phantom or MetaMask?▾
Yes. In the app or on Fomo Web, navigate to Settings → Account → Export Private Key. Confirm via Face ID or passkey to reveal your raw Base58 (Solana) or Hex (EVM) private keys.
Is KYC identity verification required to trade?▾
No KYC is required for on-chain crypto trading. You can deposit crypto, trade across all 6 chains, and withdraw without uploading passports or IDs. Fiat on-ramps via Apple Pay may require basic cardholder verification through Stripe/MoonPay.

How much are trading fees on Fomo?▾
Standard fees are 0.50% on trades above $190. Entering code FREEFEES lowers your fee to 0.45% permanently. Crypto majors (BTC, ETH, SOL) carry an ultra-low 0.05% fee.
What is the $0.95 fee floor?▾
Orders between $47.50 and $190 pay a flat $0.95 fee. On trades below $47.50, a 2.0% fee applies; under $5, a $0.10 fee applies. This covers relayer bundling costs while keeping network gas free.
Are network gas fees really 100% free?▾
Yes. Fomo sponsors all on-chain gas fees across Solana, Base, BNB, Robinhood Chain L2, Ethereum, and Monad. You never need native ETH or SOL in your wallet just to pay gas.
Does Fomo support limit orders?▾
Currently, Fomo focuses on instant market execution and social 1-tap copy trades. Complex limit order ladders are not currently supported on spot memecoins.

How do perpetual contracts work on Fomo?▾
Fomo routes perpetuals through Hyperliquid L1 orderbooks with up to 50x leverage. Fees are raw Hyperliquid fees + Fomo's 0.05% fee (0.045% with code FREEFEES).
