Shard 1: Device Hardware Enclave

The Fomo wallet is 100% non-custodial. It is engineered using Privy's Multi-Party Computation (MPC) infrastructure. Neither FOMO Labs Inc. nor Privy ever possesses full access to your private key or funds. You retain unilateral control and can export plaintext keys at any time.

How does Privy 2-of-3 MPC key splitting work?+

Under Shamir's Secret Sharing scheme, your cryptographic private key is divided into three mathematical key shares: Share 1 is stored in your device's hardware Secure Enclave; Share 2 is secured in Privy's decentralized cloud HSM; Share 3 is encrypted via your social login recovery auth (Apple ID / Google). Signing a transaction requires any 2 of the 3 shares, preventing single-point-of-failure compromise.

Can I import my Fomo keys into Phantom or MetaMask?+
